Fine Arts Portraiture Investment

Lanora Ronée Photography's Fine Arts Portraiture sessions are a wonderful way to capture those special moments for you and your family.

Essential sessions are a wonderful opportunity to get professionally captured images without the pressure on dad and the kids to smile for longer periods of time ;). This shorter session works best for lifestyle and branding headshots, mommy/daddy & me, children, siblings, and single family (mom, dad, children) portraits. Adoration sessions give us more time together, perfect for freezing those moments between significant others for always: engagement, anniversary, and maternity. Finally, Newborn Lifestyle sessions occur in the comfort of your own home, capturing those sweet first few moments of bliss welcoming your new bundle of joy.

What should I expect during my session?

If this is your first time working with a photographer, I know it's overwhelming. I help you every step of the way, from what to bring to what to wear and even getting comfortable in front of the camera. Every session is tailored to fit you and your family, from the schedule to locations, and even personalities.

Even if your little one is grumpy or not a fan of the camera (wait til you hear about my own children!), that's okay! I spend extra time getting them acquainted to being in front of the camera, and by the end of the session, I promise we'll be best buds.

What do we do about the weather?

If we're shooting outdoors, we're definitely at the mercy of Mother Nature. Thankfully, San Diego is usually pretty forgiving - though, it's been pretty unpredictable lately! If the weather is too hot, as our summers can be, we'll likely reschedule to make it more comfortable for you and your little ones. If it's rainy or too cold? Same.

I remain in constant communication with you in the days leading up to your session, so that we can stay on the same page with any challenges that may arise. It's my primary goal to make sure that your session not only goes off without a hitch, but is the most convenient for your family.

What should I bring?

As a mom of two sassholes, I completely get how unpredictable and demanding children can be - usually without notice. Being hangry, sleepy, or just plain grumpy, it's impossible to know what personality will pop up during our session. Because of this, I always recommend bringing a few familiar things to your session, to make it easier on your whole family!

Baby: Extra breastmilk/formula, favorite blanket, pacifier, favorite toy, extra wipes, towel, extra diapers, and an extra outfit.

Kids: Favorite snack(s), juice, extra water, towel, wipes, extra change of clothes, treat for good behavior, extra socks, favorite toy.

Parents: Energy bar, water, sunscreen, brush & makeup, extra change of clothes.
